Purpose:

HQLP – High Quality Low Poly.
Architecture Kit-Bash Model.

Features:

PBR Textures/3D files included for both Metallic/Glossiness workflows.
All geometry modelled for subdivision.
Optimized for large interior/exterior scenes. Models & Textures are to be viewed from mid to far distance (closest distance as per render).
Real world units & has accurate measurements so that 3D people can be placed on chairs & relative items to human heights & sizes.
All textures are tiled & seamless.
UV’s unwrapped & Non-overlapping.
Textures are optimized per geometry size – 2k Fabric, 512 Metal/Plastic, 1k Timber.
Additional maps included in ‘extra’ folder for Specular workflow.

File Format:

3dsmax Vray & Corona, these are designed specifically for both render engines & look identical in both. Turbosmooths included as modifier. Metallic & Glossiness Materials. Available for 3dsmax 2016+.
Blender 2.82a with Metallic Materials. Subdivision Modifier included.
Cinema 4D R18 with Metallic Materials. Low Resolution mesh, apply sub-division for High Resolution mesh.
Unreal Engine 4.23 UAssets with Metallic Materials. LOD0 & LOD1.
GLTF with Embedded Textures.
FBX & OBJ Materials will not appear the same as they use Standard Materials. FBX Embedded textures.
System Units: Centimetres
No additional plugins required other than the render engines themselves.

Unreal Engine:

LOD0 – High Resolution (sub-division geometry).
LOD1 – Low Resolution (base geometry).
UV Channel 1: Texture Layout
UV Channel 2: Lightmass Layout
Source files included for FBX mesh & TGA textures.

Additional Information:

Studio & lighting not included.
Polygon/Vertex count based on Low Resolution mesh.
