How to Install the Stamps:

Download ZIP file to your mac, unzip it, send the .brush files via Airdrop to your iPad & open up in Procreate.
Alternatively upload the stamp pack to Dropbox or iCloud & import them via Procreate. Refer to Help & FAQs for more details!
