Exactly one year was offered my toolkit exclusively at one spezial site. Now i have the possibility to give the whole community of digital drawing & painting my product.
Read my intention: After more than a year of development & testing, I have perfected the Original Spitshading Toolkit. These Procreate tools include watercolor papers, lining & inking brushes, & watercolor brushes, all used together to create the most realistic traditional water color expierience for your ipad Pro.
The foundation of my Spitshading Toolkit starts with the paper. I included Procreate layered files for each of 9 different paper sizes. The extremely high resolution texture backgrounds are based on the cold-pressed watercolor paper preferred by tattooers for decades to paint flash.
The precise settings in the digital paper allow the texture to interact with the paint layers the same way physical paper does. Each file clearly indicates which layer you should use to sketch, line, shade, & color the image.
After you sketch your design, use one of the ink brushes in the set to line. I created these brushes to replicate the size, hardness, & ink flow of traditional ink pens, including fountain & sharp nib pens.
The most innovative tools in the set are the watercolor brushes themselves. These brushes, used from the brush tool menu or the smudge tool menu in Procreate, enable you to precisely control the amount of black ink you use, then create the tint gradient iconic to painted tattoo flash.
My goal was to create a set of digital design tools that would allow you to perfectly adapt the flexibility of digital design to create a traditional watercolor aesthetic. Trust no copy cats & get your Original now!
