They were handcrafted using black & white white paper, plastic, cardboard, tape, & fabric. Each sheet has been carefully folded, crumpled, ripped, smashed, or scratched for unique grunge looks, & then scanned at a high resolution, retaining every detail possible.
The assortment of high quality textures work great when setting Photoshop blending mode Screen, or Lighten. They will create a “distressed printed poster” effect – adjust levels & opacity for custom results. If you invert them, you can also use them as layer masks. You may also use the TIFFs in Adobe Illustrator by changing the color of the texture & overlaying it on artwork for a old screen printed t-shirt look & feel. You will also find folders of these textures in a variety of formats such as black & white, color, png, tiff, & jpeg.
